What cookies are
Cookies are small files a website saves on your device. Some are needed for the site to work. Others help us understand how the site is used and how well our adverts work. We only use those if you say yes.
What we use without asking
These keep the site working and never leave your device.
- Your progress in the configurator. Your measurements and choices are saved on your device for 48 hours, so you can pick up where you left off. After that, or once you send your enquiry, they’re removed.
- Your cookie choice. We remember whether you said yes or no in a cookie called bk_consent, which lasts 6 months, so we don’t ask every time.
What we only use if you say yes
- Google Analytics tells us how people use the website, such as which pages they visit and where they drop off, so we can improve it. It sets cookies called _ga and _ga_ followed by a code, which last up to 2 years.
- Meta pixel tells us whether our adverts on Facebook and Instagram lead to enquiries, and lets us show our adverts to people who have visited the site. It sets cookies called _fbp and _fbc, which last up to 3 months.
Google and Meta handle this information under their own privacy policies.
Changing your mind
You can change your choice at any time using the cookie settings link at the bottom of every page. You can also delete cookies in your browser settings.
